I have been working at Frank & Oak full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I was determined to find something that will be my next move to not only elevate my career but bring out the passion that I have for the industry that keeps the world moving. I was a human ecology major and I studied in fashion merchandising human ecology basically is the study of humans and how they interact with their environment through Aesthetics I can't tell you enough how much I think Frank in Oak shows that in so many ways and I'm truly honored to be a part of the team and its continued success especially here in the United States thank you guys!!!

    Cons

We will get there to have of a presence in the states

I have been working at Frank & Oak full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good discount. And monthly allowance. That’s about it

    Cons

The two founders don’t understand or consider their people/employees. Zero support, communication or willingness to listen to the ideas to improve of people (employees) that deal with the customers on a daily basis. Grossly underpaid employees. Fired my staff and I with ten days notice (not even two weeks) one month before Xmas. Only paid out a two week severance. When I asked if they could pay my staff out for the month of December (which would not have been more that $4000 for the entire staff) they said no. Even though they were saving over $150k by shutting our store down. Had a three year lease on the store and was told after the fact that after three months in they gave up on my store and the other US stores. No support and no chance for growth. Insane amount of turnover. I don’t see this company surviving another four to five years.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your people and take care of your people. Or you yourself will eventually be out of a business.
