    I worked at Frankie & Benny's full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Some of the people you work with. Not much else good about this company

    Cons

Abysmal unsupportive area management. Having worked with the company for over a decade the company has changed for the worst. New senior managemeny seem to have no clue about the Restaurant industry. All head office thinks about is making money and not spending money. They expect very minimal staff to be working whilst running around like headless chickens with full restaurants and expect no complaints and 100% mystery...

    Advice to Management

Get skme restaurant experience. The staff are the ones who brings in the money. It's all very well throwing around constant discounts to get customers In to eat the abysmal food that you are expecting chefs to throw out nowadays, but without having enough staff on to cope you aren't going to get the customers back

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Frankie & Benny's full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Teamwork and fast paced. Always backed up by a kitchen manager with the restaurant. Purchases easy to control.

    Cons

Poor bonus structure. 54 hour contracts minimum. Labour restrictions are very tight. Frankies could be huge but hide behind there profits a little too much.

    Advice to Management

Only area managers have control of the restaurants. All your hard work numbers get moved about. You will do many 60 plus hour weeks. Hr department is poor.

    I worked at Frankie & Benny's full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

High salary compare to industry average. Excellent gratuities. Training is outstanding.

    Cons

Once the training wheels are off it's cost cost cost - high focus on labour over other cost lines. 54 hour min work week for managers is not sustainable.

    Advice to Management

Relax on the labour cost - you'll keep your people for longer. Don't rely so much on buffers in labour line - once we realise what's happening you lose the loyalty,
