    The workers became family. Truer relationships could not have been built.

    Mismanaged, self-glorified, pompous management team.

    The promise of Long-Term Employment make a person happy to come into the office every day. Come everyday & on time

    Cons

    Small chance of being promoted because the company is so small. This can lead someone to get too comfortable and never reach for new goals.
