    Pros

    The ability to grow with the company., friendly people to work with and a fun environment.

    Cons

    During slow times it could be boring. The company had a call center which was inefficient and mismanaged. Unfortunately there was a segregated culture, which management looked down upon the worker bees.

    Advice to Management

    Treat people with respect. Promote within and post jobs internally.

    The place to learn direct marketing. Nice campus and environment. Exposure to many good marketers

    Cons

    Poor management. Toxic environment. Many people were there for just a short time and then moved on because of the environment which made it a revolving door.

    I worked at Franklin Mint full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    It was a good size in Australia, the Executive team knew what was expected and was a friendly environment.

    Cons

    Product decisions were mandated by head office in US. sometimes resulting in slow sales.

    Advice to Management

    Australian management team were great to work with and for.
