I worked at Franklin & Marshall College part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The people are very nice and cooperative. I was a student worker here for 3 years and I liked every position I held. The college is very organized, professional, and caring.

    Cons

Some of the offices have a lot to do so they can be high stress areas.

    Advice to Management

It might help to gain more employee feedback and hand it to HR for review.
