    Pros

Some of FranklinCovey products are good.

    Cons

White Mormon men leadership (period). if employee doesn't look like, worship like or act like the leadership, he/she is underhandedly cast aside.

    Advice to Management

You talk a good talk during interview such as hiring for knowledge and skill to do things better. Once onboard though you don't want to hear how to do things better.

I worked at FranklinCovey India Training & Consulting (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I have been part of FranklinCovey from last 7 years. During this period I have learnt and added value to my career. Seniors are very supportive and provide guidance as and when needed. I was provided work from home option during my maternity period for two years. The work environment/company culture is very positive.

    Cons

There is no room for a person who don't want to grow. Beware if you are lazy and just working for peanuts.
