    Pros

Had a good manager who tried to use my strengths, and tried to bring me up to snuff in the other areas, rather than just beating me down because I wasn't a great fit for the job.

    Cons

Upper management treated my great manager like dirt, even though he was light years ahead of them in understanding and technical knowledge.

    Advice to Management

You Portland guys run this organization as if everyone else was your competitor, and the only way to succeed is try to make every shop look just like Portland. Get a life, how infantile. The only thing that has saved this organization is that bigger organizations make bigger mistakes. Wait until you get big enough to make truly BIG mistakes, then you'll go down too. And you'll deserve it.

I worked at Franz Family Bakery full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It was a great Full TIme gig in the summer time if you are looking to make a good sum of money in just 3 months. Its definitely not for those who can't handle a grind or hard work but they pay well if you can put the time in and work those long hours.

    Cons

The graveyard shift basically makes you a vampire but its worth the money that's for sure.

    Advice to Management

I would say that you shouldn't oversee and tell others to do what you aren't willing to do yourself. I known that to some degree being a manager means to delegate responsibilities, but there is an extent to which you should do that, as in don't make your employees do all your work for you.
