I have been working at Fraser Advanced Information Systems full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There is no cap on income. Descent salary and benefits for entry level sales people. Car allowance. Do some fun activities ady sales meetings

    Cons

The management at the top is either ok with their most tenyered employees being handed deals while watching new hires come and go like a revolving door. large accounts get "protected" for certain people that don't even work them but get handed the RFP when those clients request them. These individuals are perennial all stars because their bosses hand them accounts and expect everyone else to sell and find 30k of new business every month or they are terminated after a short period of time, usually less than 6 months.

    Advice to Management

Share the wealth. Help people succeed by actually protecting territory and not giving business to those who make more than enough money due to years of free bees. Everyone should habe a protected geographic territory. No exceptions.

    Pros

Working or Fraser is great for recent college graduates. Learn to be competitive, hard working, and resilient to work challenges. This is not the most glamorous job, but be sure that you will walk away with job experience that you get at few other places.

    Cons

Personally, what is lacking at this company is its ability to focus on a project and really see it through. We offer so many services no one is a real authority on all of them. Piecing together the support you need is a real challenge since there is no central authority.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to be more flexible when it comes to getting an appointment. To sell you MUST be in front of customers!
