    Pros

    Wonderful organization to work for. Fraser embodies their mission, vision, and passion for clients and the community in all they do.

    Cons

    The only con to working at Fraser is the long wait times for services which are being addressed by management and we are already seeing success by implemented initiatives.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to advance top performing employees and remained focused on the client.

    Pros

    Extremely caring and compassionate place to work. Tons of career ladders for people to move up. this is not a place to just work but a place to fulfill your destiny in saving lives of others!

    Cons

    Cannot pay what government or for-profits pay but makes up for it in benefits and culture.

    Advice to Management

    Glad to hear that all staff are listened to and asked advice about how to make the organization even better from what I have been told--very high consumer and customer satisfaction!

    Pros

    Awesome mission, dedication to all clients served. Honor to be able to work with kids and families who experience mental health challenges. Fast paced, changing work environment and many growth opportunities given needs in the community.

    Challenging work that can be very stressful and staff can get overwhelmed by the complex work demands and client needs

    Continue efforts to support staff in the challenging work. Always put clients first when making strategic decisions and planning for the future.

    Pros

    AMAZING culture. People are kind, generous and collaborative. Room to grow in your job and flexibility of work schedule. Good benefits. Leadership who listens and wants to make change happen.

    Cons

    Rapid growth and expansion causing rapid change. Great opportunity to learn and grow. Lower salary than with for-profit but that's the nature of the game.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to look into efforts involving training and how to help new staff grow in their abilities. Be present and recognize staff for their work.

    friendly work environment, positive co-workers, ideas are listened to and appreciated, management invests time in training, ability to work independently and collaborate with others, tend to promote from within,

    Cons

    non-profit in human services means compensation isn't as high as one might hope, no other major concerns, and the first concern is completely understandable.

    Continue to empower your employees and provide opportunities to grow and learn. Continue to invest in programs that are succeeding and work on increasing efficient systems.
