    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Fred Gretsch Enterprises full-time

    Pros

Great pay and located in non congested area for commuting. Small intimate office.

    Cons

Poor management and no true HR to manage the internal issues. The pay isn't worth working for this
Husband/wife team. There is a reason why everyone leaves or not a good match.

    Advice to Management

Just retire and bring a real team in to manage your company or sell it. Otherwise plan to work there alone. No one will stay and deal with the inability to effectively manage and lead your employees.

I worked at Fred Gretsch Enterprises as an intern

    Pros

401k contributions, and, may seem cool to some people that you work there. Business casual, very few visitors to office.

    Cons

Bosses (company owner and his wife) are the worst bosses ever! Employee turnover is high because the wife is an incompetent manager and unneccessarily condescending. I have never witnessed such abusive behavior toward the employee-target-of-the-moment. Facts are twisted and lies are spun. Stay away!

    Advice to Management

    Fire your wife.
