    Pros

The pay for experienced claims personnel is on the higher end of the spectrum for insurance professionals in this geographic market.

    Cons

Outdated claims operating systems, the inability to make simple decisions without extreme scrutiny and approval from upper management, terrible benefits (time off is not the industry standard), and directives are often not translated to all personnel changing often with no real justification.

    Advice to Management

Upgrade the operating systems! This would drastically improve efficiency for your employees. Offer adequate training (especially to professionals new to the industry) to avoid extra-contractual obligations and the headaches that come along if those files must be reassigned to a higher level. Bottom line: invest more into the talent of your employees and streamline upper management - there are too many cooks in the kitchen.

    Pros

Pay is weekly. Some of the people I worked with are very helpful and great to work with.

    Cons

Most of the people working for this company do not like to help. Especially those in higher management.. No benefits no sick days no vacation time.

I worked at Fred Loya Insurance Agency, Inc. full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Easy money if you can sell. Plus not really a physical job more mental. Did have a week vacation once year was up. Also HR was great she was always there when we needed her.

    Cons

Management takes advantage of hard working Csr. Generally let's the 2nd in command do all the work. Also gas was not paid for in training and using your car around town as well. To market or make deposits ware and tear are not covered.

    Advice to Management

Needs more room for growth within the company I order to keep hard working Csr's.

I worked at Fred Loya Insurance Agency, Inc. full-time

    Pros

Easy to get into, no experience whatsoever, paid training, guaranteed your 40hrs, decent pay.

    Cons

Work 6 days a week, NO time to balance your personal life. If you have children, school, or any outside commitments, this job is NOT the job for you. Don't waste your time. The regional manager at first comes off sweet and acts like she cares AT FIRST. later on down the line she doesn't care about her employees at all. She's young, and only cares about herself. She gets mad st everything thing you do and you won't know if you will have your job the next day. The turn over rate here is rediculas. Everyday employees are leaving. Even some of the management agreed to this.

    Advice to Management

Stop treating your employees like they are just a number. The turn over rate wouldn't be so high if the regional manager would sit down and take a min see why her employees keeps leaving.
