    Pros

Great immediate supervisors on staff for food departments. Pay was okay for what it was.

    Cons

Pay was as I said, okay for what it was. They needed to open up more full time positions to promote individuals into.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the hard work. Look towards redevelopment of full time positions for qualified individuals.

I have been working at Fred Meyer full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible hours, lots of opportunities for advancement. Management is easy to talk to.

    Cons

When company has to cut hours and expects you to do more with less help and same pay.

    Advice to Management

Work with your team members let them know that cut hours and heavier work loads are temporary. If it's not temporary challenge them to figure out how to cut waste out of the process. People who have worked in areas for long periods of time could have great ideas.
