I have been working at Freddie Mac full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Visionary leadership and willing to streamline antiquated processes. Great culture and focus on the employee. Excellent volunteering opportunities. Emphasis on employee engagement, growth and work/life balance.

    Cons

Garage always full. Maybe encourage more telecommuting days until new garage is built. No cons working for this great company.

    Advice to Management

Too many meetings are not necessarily productive- everyone should read Patrick Lencioni's "death by meeting"

    Pros

Great company. Very employee focused. Headquarters with an onsite doctor in the wellness center, lots of training opportunities, great campus.
Work-life balance. It was always nice when they would let the employees go early at 2pm before a major holiday and changed to a casual dress code.

    Cons

Wish they had more positions in the regional offices like Atlanta. I would loved to have been able to stay with Freddie.
