      Pros

The people at Freddy's are amazing including upper management, they offer monthly bonuses

      Cons

Too many hours, you are paid salary for a 50 hour work week but in reality, you are working 70+ hours with no compensation other than monthly bonuses which have decreased significantly

      Pros

Managing a shift is very easy as long as you follow the SOE Easy to learn how to do actual BOH and FOH positions Flexible work hours

      Cons

Upper Management often lives in a corporate bubble where they don't think of how what they do will affect those working under them. Upper Management won't always be checking in to make sure operations are running smoothly. Career advancement will depend a lot on favoritism Absolutely terrible at giving pay raises

      Pros

My experiences at other Freddy's locations under other regional directors wasn't bad.

      Cons

Doesn't pay very well, upper management over this particular location was awful... Very underhanded, sneaky, dishonest, arrogant, and lazy.

      Pros

Upper management (District Manager, VP of Operations) actually works with you on a personal level.

      Cons

Promises of advancement to keep you there that never happens. Drama is high school level, Management sides with crew instead pf each other.

      Pros

Bonuses, growing company, ability to move through the city, meeting new people and guests, fast paced environment. Good Stepping ladder into other opportunities if you can deal with the stupidity of upper management.

      Cons

Upper management is okay until you aren't perfect anymore. Once you make one mistake, you are basically slandered and not given the opportunity to move forward in which upper management attempts to make you walk or fire you. They are disorganized and incredibly mean to those they don't like.

      Pros

Salary is pretty reasonable for the type of position we are in. But no room for raises and bonuses are impossible to hit.

      Cons

Long work days franchise policies continuously changing. Inconsistencies from office. Upper management doesn't use their own guidelines

      Pros

The culture envisioned by corporate is great.....But the franchises take over and twist to their business model.Gm's are micro-managed to the extreme by DM and fired without cause. The franchise I worked for went throught managers like socks without regard to their well being and past performance...ALL Politics. If you work for Freddys do yourself a favor and go with a corporate store.

      Cons

Politics and High School drama from upper management and peers.Best advice have your resume up to date to protect your family after accepting position with this company.
