    Everyone works together like peas in a pod, the pay is good, and the food is good as well. (Also, the employee discount is pretty great)

    Can be difficult to take all the training in at once

    Pros

    Great first job, if you are a high school student or a young college student.

    If you are looking to survive or advance in life look further.

    Cons

    Random management quality and expectation level.

    Praise and reward based entirely off of social status.

    Advice to Management

    Seek more leadership training, study team dynamics and work flow more.
    There seems to also be a lot of mismanagement at higher levels but this seems to be on purpose to help keep expectations vague.

    The family feel makes it feel like you could tell your coworker all your problems.

    Cons

    Getting new employees to learn the different ways that we do things.

    Advice to Management

    Pay attention to the small guys, if we are unhappy at any point it automatically will have an effect on the guests experience.

    I worked at Freddy's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Work to life was a huge plus coming from a restaurant chain. Franchisee actively involved in each location. Great regional manager. Dedicated employees and very sound training systems.

    Cons

    Cannot squeeze blood from a stone. Location was not thouroughly thought out; in reference to the business model. No marketing plans worked to grow business. Great concept, bad demographic to place it in. On paper it should work as it is in a similar market as other locations.

    Advice to Management

    Franchisee; Poor Real Estate choices should not bury a great management team. Investor focus will see that as a mistep when a certain percentage of your growth comes from only a few locations not the number of locations.
