    I worked at Freddy's full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The employees are amazing and the guests are wonderful.

    Cons

Management at Stetson hills is a joke. They show now respect towards their employees and walk on everyone because they think they can.

    Advice to Management

Work on the managers you have there or replace them. They're making people want to leave.

    I worked at Freddy's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You get a 50% discount on your food when you are working, 25% while not on shift.
    Flexible hours.
    Pretty lenient with the uniform.

    Cons

The management at this location is garbage. The general manager of the store is very loud and dramatic, making mountains out of molehills. If you get on her bad side, you stay there.

Working conditions are horrible. You have to come in sick a lot of the time, work after getting injured (in my case sprained ankles, minor cuts or abrasions, and repetitive stress injuries), and the cleanliness of the store leaves much to be desired.

There is no accountability for employees. The management gives little reason to work hard at Freddy's, since your coworkers can and will frequently come in late, not show up at all- and barely get a slap on the wrist. Write-ups were threatened, but I never saw anyone actually be fired for having more than the maximum write-up requirement. Hard work is rarely rewarded.

If the managers don't like you, they will slowly cut your hours until you barely work at all. They won't talk to you about what you've been doing wrong. I saw this happen multiple times until the employee would finally leave after only getting 6-7 hours a week.

The biggest issue while working here was the complete lack of competency from the management AND the employees. Managers can't manage, and the burger flippers and dishwashers can barely handle the most basic instructions. Common sense does not exist in this store.

    Advice to Management

Ask for and be willing to listen to feedback. Hold people accountable for their actions and show the people who actually make an effort that it means something. Lead by example- don't want people on their phones and hanging out in the back? Maybe don't let all the managers sit around in the back on their phones snapchatting.

I have been working at Freddy's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flexibility and as long as your not a stoner you’ll stand out

    Cons

Bad benefits make you take unpaid 30 min break, no other breaks and 50% off meal only during shift making it so that you lose an hour of pay to take a break.

    Advice to Management

Don’t implement stupid rules and stop showing favoritism

    Pros

Upper management (District Manager, VP of Operations) actually works with you on a personal level.

    Cons

Promises of advancement to keep you there that never happens. Drama is high school level, Management sides with crew instead pf each other.

    Advice to Management

Keep your promises. Coach managers to stay together as a team.
