    I worked at Freddy's full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Friendly environment, clean, reasonable opportunities for advancement. Lots of involvement from regionals and an overall solid management staff. Fun work.

    Cons

Greasy, customers can sometimes be unreasonable/trying to take advantage of the companies policies, long hours with infrequent breaks

    Advice to Management

Remain positive, take it easy, be more understanding and compassionate with employees and retention will improve! Doing a pretty good job already.

    I worked at Freddy's full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    The work was super easy.

    Cons

-poor compensation with little room to move up.
    -new management is lacking
-too many politics and extra drama
-higher management does not care about employees at all

    Advice to Management

Your employees come first. No, you can't keep everyone happy, but this is a business. If you want to make money, you need happy customers, and managers don't run the store themselves. (they supervise.) Employees run the store. Happy employees=happy customers.

    I worked at Freddy's part-time

    Pros

It was an okay experience for a first job. Employees and their families receive a discount on food, which is the only perk I found.

    Cons

I was there for almost a year and never received any type of raise when others did. The pay was okay since I was a high school student. I can't speak for all Freddy's but the location I worked it, there was a lot of hostility within management.
