I have been working at Freedom Fitness (Texas) full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I love working here. I started off as a part time front desk staff in October 2013 and by August 2014 I had been promoted to supervisor. As long as you prove yourself, you will move up. As will your pay, because everyone no matter what, starts at $7.50.

    Cons

You're not going to be compensated fairly for your work. They will work you for everything you're worth.

    Advice to Management

    Benefits.

I have been working at Freedom Fitness (Texas) full-time

    Pros

First off super clean facility for a gym (including bathrooms). There's room for growth and company promotes employees within the company. Payed vacation for management. Company is expanding fast. Staff feels like second family. They will work with your schedule especially if you have school. Over all a great place to work.

    Cons

You don't start off with the best pay, but you can climb up the ladder quickly. No benefits.
