    Pros

There are no pros. From the second they took over all pros disappeared.

    Cons

Did everything they could to cut a corner.

    Advice to Management

Executive management of the copper and gold company cut every corner they can. Try listening to your employees and not act like you own the world.

    Pros

Big company, some good mentors if you seek them out. Pay was good and company provides very cheap accommodation in Morenci

    Cons

Poor safety culture, my manager wasn't very solid and as a result department lacked direction and morale was poor.
Morenci isn't for everyone either, hard to believe company towns still exist in the 21st century!

    Advice to Management

Hire managers that can manage people as well as the bottom line. Lots of employees not contributing anywhere near their full potential.

    Pros

Great pay. Good benefits and bonuses.

    Cons

Company is being led by Engineers coming out of college, that don't know how to treat people. The company needs to invest more in the people doing the work, not the entitled engineers.

    Advice to Management

Talk to the guys in the field, trust their judgment.
