    The company offers a lot of opportunities for growth. Top priority is safety and quality.

    Cons

    The industry is always susceptible to the boom and bust mining and metal cycles. They do play a conservative hand to minimize the effects on staff and project scope.

    Great benefit package (medical, dental, vision, life insurance for yourself and your spouse) and 5% match in 401k. They believe in promoting from within and they offer in-house training for several programs. They offer tuition reimbursement for college classes for degrees that pertain to the business. They offer apprentice programs in mechanical, electrical and welding that can lead to lifelong careers. They give safety and yearly bonuses to encourage employees to be safe in the work place.

    Cons

    Remote work locations, dangerous commute, housing shortages and difficult to staff adequately.
