    Pros

    Good brand name
    earlier work used to be good
    flexible working hour

    Cons

    (1) Full of political and hypocrite managers. have their own relatives working here. giving good work to them and saving them from lay offs. managers fully butter their senior managers to save them. worst management team in the IT industry . does not have basic knowledge of management . do not join here. very very good engineers have left the hydbad division because of this petty politics and biasing to great extent. in every company you may find it a little bit. but here, its more than expected.

    (2) almost no good work. after one year, you will lose your competency.
    (3) if you do not have any other option and desperately needs job, then can join here.
    (4) strongly discourage anybody to work here
    (5) DN division going to sink

    Advice to Management

    (1) study MBA in a good college and practice it for one year and then join the industry
    (2) keep 360 degree feedback system and see your performance

    As a company does care employee
    Though part of NXP now it's for good from more career opportunities with merged across group but off-course conditions apply...
    Encourages Innovation disclosures and pursue your area of interest along with current responsibilities

    Cons

    Traditionally lazy python, late entrant to market misses initial market depth though is able to recover later
    Work-Life balance is group specific
    India operations have little tax exemption benefits especially Hyderabad location HR needs to put in take some initiative

    Advice to Management

    Don't wait till good people resign
    Direct Managers need to build more professional attitude and practice the same
    Care employees views, expectations and they will steer the ship

    Pros

    1. Pay Package,better or on par with industry standards
    2. Opportunity to work on latest technologies and practices.
    3. Brand Value that the company has in the market.

    Cons

    1. Politics(a lot of it comes into play while performance evaluation,task assignments,hiring)
    2.Poor work-life balance.(no facilities or provisions like library,no encouragement for sports activities)
    3. Very slow career advancement(lot of time to move from one level to another)

    Advice to Management

    Make employees free and independent from there immediate managers. Give more flexibility in assignments. Try to establish greater work-life balance. Check politics at managerial level and practices like nepotism in performance evaluation and hiring. Develop similar environments and facilities across all offices.
