    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    Good brand name
earlier work used to be good
    flexible working hour

    Cons

    (1) Full of political and hypocrite managers. have their own relatives working here. giving good work to them and saving them from lay offs. managers fully butter their senior managers to save them. worst management team in the IT industry . does not have basic knowledge of management . do not join here. very very good engineers have left the hydbad division because of this petty politics and biasing to great extent. in every company you may find it a little bit. but here, its more than expected.

    (2) almost no good work. after one year, you will lose your competency.
    (3) if you do not have any other option and desperately needs job, then can join here.
    (4) strongly discourage anybody to work here
    (5) DN division going to sink

    Advice to Management

    (1) study MBA in a good college and practice it for one year and then join the industry
    (2) keep 360 degree feedback system and see your performance
