    Was a great company until bought out by a dutch company. Maybe Qualcomm will restore the work environment back to an enjoyable workplace to work.

    Pros

    Challenging environment, great team of people to work with. Always looking forward and trying to improve quality.

    Cons

    Freescale does not exist anymore. It was acquired by NXP Semiconductors 10 months ago, only to have massive layoffs and sell themselves to the highest bidder. Way too much politics and uncertainty.
