      Business Outlook

      Pros

      * Excellent PTO & Holidays * Professional work environment * Many opportunities to move around, if desired * Does not go through layoffs as frequently as other companies in the same business (this excludes the 30% of GSM layoffs that occurred during the NXP/FSL merger)

      Cons

      * Company is now owned by NXPI, so "corporate direction" is an unknown unless you know the right people * Current agenda for filling a lot of positions is to give them to "fresh-outs", therefore less openings for experienced people
