    Pros

They have a good management training program and the people are really great to work with.

    Cons

This job requires a lot of work commitment and make it hard to achieve work-life balance. Better for recent graduates looking to build work experience.

    Advice to Management

Continue the management training program, and look for those talented few to help you grow.

    Pros

The thrill of getting a job within an hour of applying to it -- THAT is their level of desperation.

    Cons

DOOR TO DOOR SALES. The entire company is setup in such a way that they squeeze the most out of eager young talent and give back as little as possible. They don’t have to offer any benefits until 90 days of employment but they know that 95% of of the people “hired” will figure out that they have been duped well before they have to pay. The only overhead that they have is renting office space to give the impression to new recruits that they are a legitimate company and paying the secretary/recruiter who spends her day scheduling interviews to keep up with the constant turnover.

    Advice to Management

    Shut down immediately.

I have been working at Freestate Business Concepts full-time

    Pros

Good people kind of. Meet new people every day.

    Cons

They lie. They lie about the hours the pay and even to each other. This is not what they said it is it is a place you go bussiness to bussiness selling t-mobile service to people who have crap credit. It is NOT boardroom meetings or a manager training course. It's door to door sales and it's terrible.

    Advice to Management

Stop lying to your own potential and current employees I see people leaving every week. If you told them what it was straight up and maybe PAID us you could keep people. I will be quiting.

I worked at Freestate Business Concepts full-time

    Pros

The people are nice, and the atmosphere is fun. Other than that there isn't any other pros

    Cons

The pay is a lie. When on your interview they tell you that you will be getting paid 400-500 a week. Yet don't tell you that in order to get paid you have to sell something. It's Business to Business sales, and they have fishy ways of making you sell things. They tell you that many people interview with the company but that's a lie. There's like 2 people a week and they get hired. They wait till you leave and then call you saying you got the job because they lose so many people a day due to them quitting. You have to drive your own personal vehicle, and you drive a pretty good distance, up to an hour away from the office. They also say that the hours are between 8-5.... More like 7-8pm I would not recommend working here!

    Advice to Management

Tell people the truth about the position rather than selling them into it.

I worked at Freestate Business Concepts full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I worked at free state for a year. This job taught me so much and helped me develop in many areas that included training, leading a team, sales, marketing and much more. I met some amazing people at this job. The environment is top notch. Your not couped in an office. Everyday is different. The potential to make LOTS of money is there. With the proper work ethic you can run your own business within a year, year to a half. If I wasn't going back to school I would still be there.

    Cons

Must be a fast learner with an excellent work drive.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the awesome work Katie.

I worked at Freestate Business Concepts full-time

    Pros

Freestate is a great atmosphere to work in. I worked there for a year and could not be more happy with how it developed me as a sales rep and a supervisor. They only hire from within which gives everyone a fair chance for promotions. I had to relocate to VA or I would still work there now.

    Cons

Must be a fast learner. Lots of information is thrown at you fast.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work Katie

I worked at Freestate Business Concepts full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

-Nice coworkers, for the most part
-Very easy script and business model to learn from

    Cons

-There is no base pay, only commission. What they call "salary" is actually based on meeting a quota, which at times can be VERY difficult
-Turnover rate is RIDICULOUS! You literally see new faces every week and some people are there for only a matter of weeks, sometimes days
-Many employees actually lose money because they make no money but have to pay for gas for driving from business to business
    -Very unprofessional
-They say 8-5 work hours but more realistically is 7:30-6!

    Advice to Management

Stop lying to your employees about what the job actually is! Stop trying to disguise it as consulting or marketing when it is really just B2B sales!
