    Pros

There is money to be made if you want to work the overtime. The fellow employees are for the most part great people. If you are new to this industry almost everyone is more than willing to help teach you what you need to know.

    Cons

Sometimes you get more overtime than you want. You don't always know what is happening from management until long after it's done. There seems to be some disconnect at times, but in all other regards they are fair and will work with any problems you have.

    Pros

There are only a few companies within the area that use catia. It is a relatively small company, so the bureaucracy is not too high.

    Cons

Management is more rewarded with benefits like cars, offices, and greater salary. Catia is a great CAD package, but the data is managed by a product called Smaragd which is a front end to teamcenter. This is not the industry standard so the experience is not something that looks good on the resume.

    Advice to Management

You should recognize that the workers, not the managers are the most important assets. Management normally spend most of their time to secretarial work.

    Cons

No safety training, weak manager, don't know what to do when I work, what not to do.
