Reviews about "long hours"
Return to all Reviews- Former Intern, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
-Great location -Free food all the time (ALL the time) -Rotating food trucks outside everyday -Free massages on Thursdays -Modern, open space -People are great -Projects are fun -People genuinely care about the work
Cons
-Long hours, even as an intern -Technology isn’t all the way up to date -Lack of diversity -Older demographic (not a lot of people under 35) -Seems hard to move up or around
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Nice offices, friendly receptionists, open plan good to meet and easy to talk to others. Good share of information from company. You can learn a lot here.
Cons
Expected to work extremely long hours with no extra pay, not paid hourly but could be working until late into the evening. No room for progression, HR dismissive and unfriendly. Very low pay, if annual pay was worked out to hourly it would be well below minimum wage. Fear culture to not take holiday and be expected to work out of hours.
- Former Contractor★★★★★
Pros
people are lovely, kitchen always had great snacks,
Cons
unrealistic expectations of managers, long hours with no real support or feedback, underpaid and when asked for a raise denied despite other members of the team earning more
- Current Contractor★★★★★
Pros
Nice people to work with
Cons
Long hours, no future progression
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Very hands on experience, friendly and welcoming colleagues, job involved a lot of travelling, job involved a lot of interaction with people
Cons
Sometimes it was necessary to work very long hours, which can be stressful for some people, however with the colleagues I had I never found this to be a problem
