No growth. Corp slaves are usually your boss. Execs are control freaks. They monitor your time sheet as if you wanna lie on it. Hr has major disrespect issues. Execs make you get their lunch on your lunch hour. Verbal abuse is present in some depts. more folks are miserable. Promotions are given when you kiss major butt. Major. Limited few are nice and fair but extremely very little.
