Cons
They underpay but expect you to remain motivated. Sarcastic, unprofessional and undermining middle management who only care about themselves. Manager / HR look through your skype conversations after you leave for no valid reason. No real ‘team’ feel - every man for themselves pretty much .

Decent pension, free snacks. Not much else.
Cons
Management is very poor, demotivate employees and would throw them under a bus in front of other people. Very fake. Ridiculously poor attitude to work life balance and flexible working (took a pandemic to allow people to work from home). Terrible communication. Really not a good place to work. Probably the least uncreative 'creative' company to work for.

People are friendly. The offices are nice and there has been some investment in making them look nice. Good Friday night bar and cocktails!
Cons
Staff are not listened to or valued. Everyone is replaceable but you shouldn't feel that way! Cafe is not subsidised. It's too political at the top. People are not motivated and those who are driven leave quickly. It is a real them and us culture between the Board and everyone else.
