I have been working at Frenchman's Creek Beach & Country Club as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pros are only the acommodation and days off, I don't have any other possitive thing to say about this place, it's really bad.

    Cons

The management treats the people very very bad, most of the managers are from india or philippines, so don't expect to have an american working there, they will treat you like a slave, you will work very long journeys all the week.

    Advice to Management

You need to know that you guys are wrong, you can't treat the people like dogs, like slaves, like animals, respect first to be respected.
