I have been working at Frenchy's Day Spa full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I've worked for Frenchys for over 4 years. In my time, not only have I made the highest salary you can possibly make in the industry, but I have always been listened to and supported by the owners with all of my ideas and insights into the business. They absolutely treat their people with total respect and kindness. Not to mention, they don't give you a hard time when you're sick or want to go on vacation, which I really appreciate. If you're good at your job, creative and want to be compensated properly, Frenchys will definitely be a good fit for you.

    Cons

Only con is not taking the job here.

I worked at Frenchy's Day Spa full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great employees and co-workers, they are the only reason I stayed so long

    Cons

The owner is a complete fake and fraud, she is manipulative, two faced, a bully and back stabber. Nothing is sacred to this woman she has absolutely zero integrity and character. If you want to live under constant fear of being fired, reprimanded or belittled than this is the company for you to work at. It's a wasteland of empty promises.

    Advice to Management

Sell the place and do everyone a favor.

    Cons

The owners of this place take no ownership, do no support their employees , no benefits, always drama, Hostile work enviroment , new management at least every 2 years because owners blame everyone else for the business's short comings. I could go on. Just don't work here..

I worked at Frenchy's Day Spa full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Excellent coworkers, they can be like family. Until they are fired.

    Cons

The old manger was the only reason why I stayed at all, Accepting this job was like getting a way one ticket to garbage-town. I literally could go on and on about how utterly miserable the owner single handily makes the work environment. She is not only a blatant racist, but she constant belittling, bullying and outright lies. Personal private information on employees are never kept confidential ( ie owner gossips)
Any and all poor business choices that have been made are instantly blamed on employees that have no say in the matter. Disciplinary act was taken ( ie being yelled at) in front of customers, negatively impacting guest experience. Owner is Jealous of mangers to the point she will fire an employee for favoring them instead of her.

    Advice to Management

Keep being the only thing there making the people who run the business ( the employees) feel welcome and valued.

    Advice to OWNER:
Either remove yourself completely from the front of house and run it in the shadows and let management run things or take class' on communication, empathy, proper business etiquette or sell it to someone who will.

I have been working at Frenchy's Day Spa full-time

    Pros

At Frenchy's I feel more motivated than ever. The owners and manager continue to make me feel supported. Seeing the passion and care that goes in to this business is truly inspiring. I appreciate the opportunity to be a part of the incredible Frenchy's family.

Right away, I felt welcomed and appreciated in my new role at Frenchy's. I was immediately given opportunity to grow and contribute to the revamping of the customer and employee experience. The owners dedicate their time to create a positive and comfortable environment for their employees. They are quick to assist with any issues that arise, no matter the day or time. Being a family owned business, the owners find importance in a work/life balance. It's refreshing to work with owners that genuinely care for their employees and their well being.

    Cons

    As of right now, none!

The only con is how the previous employees treated Frenchy's. They left some challenges and hurtles to overcome. After getting through the transitional period, we have a strong team and positive work environment that make's me excited to come to work each day.

    Advice to Management

Don't change a thing! You are appreciated!

Good discount and job skills learned

    Cons

Outdated technology, terrible and rude customers, hostile environment. A week after quitting I learned that confidential information I shared with the owner had been leaked to everyone. Really don't enjoy getting my name smeared. People get fired right and left for no reason. DONT WORK HERE
