I have been working at Fresenius Medical Care - North America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Patients and immediate staff are amazing! Teamwork is awesome. Staff learns to rely on each other and stick together. Pay is decent for experienced staff.

    Cons

Managers and higher-ups shrug when you come to them with concerns. The safety of staff and patients come second to making an extra buck. Managers constantly adding their work to your load and then cut staff, making you have to fill in. Pay is good compared to other places but not for the amount of work there is. Staff turnover is extremely high. Most of information is learned on the go since many things are left for RNs to figure out on their own.

    Advice to Management

High turnover of staff is a company downfall. Appreciate your staff and follow up on management complaints.
