    Pros

Large clinic, we are always busy and the day passes quickly. We wear many hats and do many jobs that are not necessarily considered receptionist jobs.

    Cons

Don't like the drive to Tupelo and would like to work closer to home.

    Advice to Management

I am an older person that comes to work on time and is a fast learner. I have a Master's degree in Education and taught school many years. I need insurance for myself and my husband.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Fresenius Medical Care - North America full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Benefits tuition reimbursement

    Cons

Horrible training program for new employees disorganized and incomplete, you basically teach yourself or have a good preceptor who isn't lazy and just uses you to make their day easier.

    Advice to Management

Its doesnt matter how many policies and procedures you have in place for patient safety if your employees are not being educated on how to follow them and actually doing them on the floor.
