    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Uses technology to improve patient care, good training program for new dialysis staff, provides good care to patients.

    Cons

Over works staff in clinics, too much favoritism in the upper management ranks. New Corporate management doesn't care as much for staff as the past CEO. It's all about driving profits

    Advice to Management

Bring Mr. Wahlstrom back because he cared about both the staff and patients

I have been working at Fresenius Medical Care - North America full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great benefits, great time off policy.

    Cons

With all the medicare cuts there were so many lays offs recently, country wide. There are now less opportunities for advancement unless you are a nurse looking for management position. More responsibilities are be given to the staff in the clinic levels. Training is horrible!

    Advice to Management

Company should really look into the what is best for the patients. If staff are loaded with more responsibilities and less time for detail it's not good for patients. Company needs to work on more advancement opportunities instead of taking those away.
