      Pros

      Good pay, overtime always available

      Cons

      Poor organization, favoritism very evident, employees get no recognition and are expected to go above and beyond, work short staffed all the time, nurses have to fill in as techs, tech to patient ratio is unsafe-and are still expected to pick up extra patients to shut down a track to save the company money

      Long term relationship with patients. Good pay/benefits.

      Cons

      Hard work, frequent staff turnover. Patient /staff ratio is more important than patient care. Noncompliance of patients adversely affects clinic.

      Advice to Management

      Put your money where your mouth is and get the CM & DO on board with staff retention. Other clinics get staff/family day...not us. 5 diamond bonus goes for CM barbeque but nothing staff can use. Tons of waste (gauze,tape, meds.), we run out of acid bath all the time, etc, etc.

      The medical benefits are great

      Cons

      No one and I mean NO ONE is consistent with anything!! No one follows any of the rules. If state were to talk in, I bet this place would be shut down!

      Advice to Management

      Train your replacements, for all of us that don’t get to promote up the chain... it would be nice to have people that tell us what to do that ACTUALLY knew what to do!!!

      The patients and direct patient care team

      Cons

      Ethically challenging in non direct patient care roles. No support from upper management. CYA is the name of the game if you plan to work here. Plan for lots of drama.

      Advice to Management

      Support your people. End the drama. Listen to your people when things are going down and don’t wait until it’s too late to act and do the right thing.
