What do staff want and what would make them happy? This is a serious question. I have been in public for 25 years. I swear I feel like a mom and therapist as much as a professional. I truly care about my staff. Treat then well, fight for them, invest in their futures. But the last few years it seems like nothing is enough. I am seriously considering early retirement because it is so emotionally draining on me. So many younger staff in here and all I see is complaints. Am I alone?

I have worked for a lot of companies already as a freelance writer, but I need to admit that Freshessays.com is one of the best. I have true reasons for that: they care about my professional and personal development, I always attend different online/offline courses, they welcome the feedback provided by the employees and try take into account every single word when writing the company strategy. I wanna say thank you to all the managers who I work with, they are really dedicated and do everything possible to make this company the best for both writers and clients.
Have nothing to say here.

I am really satisfied with my job as I have flexible working hours and really interesting projects. It helps me to balance my personal and work life and grow as a professional.
I would be glad to have some more bonuses. But I believe that I need just to take more orders and pass test for getting my pro level. I work on this really hard and hope that soon I will achieve my goal.

Sometimes there are really urgent assignments that are needed to be done in a few hours (even in the middle of the night). But I am happy to take such from time to time to overcome challenges and to develop my organisational and time-management skills

Almost always a lot of orders to choose from on a variety of subjects. The employers are very quick to respond to any concerns, it's not difficult to get a text, email, or phone call response if you need it, and the directors will go out of their way to make sure you are paid on time and the proper amount. Great time working here, you choose your own hours and work and make as much money as time you put in.
The work is seasonal, meaning during summer months there is often a lack of work, but that's not really a con to the company, and so far this summer has kept me quite busy with Ultius work as it isContinue reading
