Good Salary Can learn caste system Only refferal can get you an interview
Cons
Company dominated by Brahmins. If you are one of them they will help you grow. Non-brahmins will be treated like 2nd class citizens. Never seen a company who follows caste system in the organization Only if you know anyone who works can get you an interview and to clear interview be ready to add your caste.
