    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Freud Tools full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great product.

Stable company and parent company (Bosch).

    Cons

    Ridiculous management style.

    Arrogant CEO.

Main focus is Home Depot first and foremost...while other growth opportunities are squandered because of ‘Freud’s way or the highway’ approach.

    Advice to Management

    Change the culture.

I have been working at Freud Tools full-time

    Pros

I have been fortunate enough to work for Freud for a few years now.

I started right out of school in an entry level sales role that allowed me to learn the product and develop my sales and platform skills which prepared me for my next roles within the company.

It is a competitive and fun environment- and if you work hard you there is a lot of opportunity for growth.

All of my managers have been excellent and have pushed me to continue to develop my skills and become a better salesman - but, they also care about my personal life outside of work.

Overall, very happy with my managers and colleagues at Freud.

    Cons

Must be willing to travel- but I like traveling.

    Cons

none that I can think of.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing.

    Pros

Growing company with above average products.

    Cons

High turnover in all departments. Need to have a more cohesive work environment.

Lack of ownership on projects. Top Down Management Style - CEO driving all facets of the company.

    Advice to Management

Allow mid level managers the ability to empower their employees. The my way or highway mentality needs to go.

Not many. If I have to list something I'd have to say the product was very good.

    Cons

Treated sales employees horribly. Honestly the worst experience of my 25+ years in this industry.
