Pros
The people I work with are fantastic. We work 10 hour shifts, 4 days a week, so we see each other more than anybody else and have become a giant family. The pay is great and there was no waiting for benefits. Health insurance, 2 week vacation, sick time, and paid holidays were all given immediately. Also enjoy the on site health clinic and gym area.
Cons
There is little to no advancement.
