- "Good Benefits, Easy advancement if you can hang on long enough (positions readily available due to insane turnover levels)" (in 4 reviews)
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Pay (and they were still late)
Cons
Worst communication ever Poor management leadership Zero commitment, engagement and poor organization on all areas High workloads, individualism, finger-pointing in conflicts, labor injustices There are no benefits, they offer palig and it is individual, no space for lunch, no space for parking, zero work at home, they claim to recognize gasoline and telephone payment and it is deducted social charges.

Pros
Most of the people are nice. You work four 10 hour days meaning you get a three day weekend.
Cons
The company seems to only care about the number of units shipped out rather than the quality of those units. Management is awful and they don't seem to care that they have a large turnover of employees at the plant.

Cons
Management needs work but overall nice.
- Current Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
The good: Nearly everyone is nice and it's very easy to make work friends. The machines are easy to run. Food and games are provided on holidays. Pay is pretty good for what the job entails.
Cons
The bad: I was told conflicting info about shift length when starting. At first, I was told 4x10 shifts, no Fridays. Then I was told about occasional overtime, and that turned into MANDATORY overtime. Work shifts are now 4x12, and there's not enough time after work to go home, wind down, and get proper sleep for the next night. Drama runs rampant through the lines. Coworkers sometimes want to push their work off on you/claim it isn't their job to fix something small. Line WILL NOT shut down if multiple coworkers get covid. Management keeps moving production goalposts. Turnover rate is extremely high. Very little opportunity for upward mobility.

Pros
Coworkers are awesome! Comfortable environment.
Cons
Sometimes things that are focused on can change directions pretty quickly. You have to keep up with changing goals

Pros
Good people, great place to learn
Cons
High stress, overworked employees, long hours
