I have been working at Freyssinet full-time

    Pros

A unique company that specializes in Post-Tensioning hardware and equipment Well known global business that is a subsidiary of Vinci Construction Small office and staff opens up opportunity for advancement

    Cons

Reactionary management mentality creates tension among the staff Management lacks basic management skills Office logistics lacking, creates bottlnecks in planning projects for completion Too many unwritten rules that cause employees to fail quickly, thus justifies management to withhold deserved salary increases Requires commitment to the company at a point where worklife is more important than personal life

I have been working at Freyssinet full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The salary is always on time. Great benefits for corporate employees. Interesting work with ever changing projects

    Cons

Work life balance can be awful. Better job if you are young and single. The "upper management" of the company is very focused of the value of profit before anything else. Can't keep good help.
