    Pros

Flexible hours. Friendly coworkers. Free breakfast and lunch. Good benefit plans.
It was good when Andrew was here.

    Cons

HR replies here with open door policy. What was done to all the surveys and complaints on a particular executive? Nothing. I hope board see this and get involved in this company.

    Advice to Management

    Nothing.

    Pros

Interesting content and startup that is revamping its high tech competitiveness. Older and more established regular customers, steady cash flow, insanely generous 401k 100 vested matching, complimentary morning breakfast!! Kaiser w low deductible.

    Cons

Strict laws and increased fraud risk challenges to payment processing and declines fraud and spam. Temps get paid more!

    Advice to Management

Hirer and pay better educated and trained professionals and not average unmotivated paycheck collectors. Listen to employees feedback they know the solutions

    Pros

I like working at FriendFinder Networks because (1) the diversity of people and interest my coworkers have; (2) it’s free of the large company politics so prevalent in large enterprises with 20,000 plus employees, etc.; (3) I feel appreciated; (4) I enjoy the challenges of working with technology and how it relates to social media; (4) the flexible work schedule; (5) the benefits:
    20 days PTO a year
    12 company paid holidays off
5% 401K match with no vesting period

    Cons

Not being able to work from home. Aside from not being able to work from home, I am very happy here.

    Advice to Management

    None

I worked at FriendFinder Networks full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Made some friends while there, not much else

Their PTO plan was definitely advantageous if you were there for many years

    Cons

Executive team is clueless, HR played favorites and did not like when people asked for things (like looks on the doors for grave shift)

I was ultimately let go because I was complaining about colleagues sleeping together, then was told I was fired due to "misuse of company resources." Like they have anything worth taking.

    Advice to Management

Quit running the company into the ground
Quit hiring yes people and listen to real complaints instead of labeling them troublemakers.

    Pros

Excellent trench staff who could produce several magazines even under the most intentionally hostile conditions fostered by upper management.

    Cons

Management disregards contractual obligations, dishonest and illegal practices, shifting blame, poor decision making skills.
    No raises, no advancement

    Advice to Management

    None.
    This place is doomed.

    Pros

    Really nice people, good benefits

    Cons

Management has no vision, is short sighted, and does not help new applicants succeed in their position, this is especially true of the Engineering department, for others it actually seemed OK.

    Advice to Management

Replace development team leaders and shake things up in the management of the Engineering department. Less projects and more long-term thinking.

    Pros

The people you work with will be nice and welcoming. They are so desperate for people it is easy to get a job here.

    Cons

Upper management is horrible and will throw you under the bus to keep their jobs
Your opinion and experience will not mater
    MICROMANAGEMENT!!
The only good product manager left. The rest don't know what they are doing. The don't listen to UX( again your opinion doesn't matter)

    Advice to Management

Not that they will listen. But start trusting your employees and realize that you don't know as much as you think you do.

I have been working at FriendFinder Networks full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

For a smaller company FFN has excellent benefits: Kaiser, a PPO w/10% deductible, 3 weeks PTO to all new employees, 12 holidays, 5% fully vested 401K Match, anniversary bonuses, free supplemental disability insurance, public transit reimbursement. That stuff adds up! Love the location in Campbell.

    Cons

    No equity to offer employees,
Web dating is a cutthroat business
The content can be off-putting to some.
Working from home is only allowed in rare circumstances due to content and possible exposure of it to minors.

    FriendFinder Networks Response

Actually all employees start with 4 weeks PTO.

    Pros

Pros? None here - sorry to say.

    Cons

Older management is holding the company back. Wake up people! You guys are sinking the ship! As for the product managers - get with the program - its 2016! Not 2001. You guys are stuck in 20th century. As for the company owners - YOU GUYS NEED TO FIRE YOUR CURRENT PRODUCT MANAGERS - THEY ARE HOLDING THE PRODUCT BACK.

    Advice to Management

Fire yourselves. You guys are driving the company off of a cliff. You guys need fresh people to come in fix the company. Also please fire your whole product team - especially those who have been there a long time. They are holding back the product. They are holding it back to the early 2000's. It's 2016! Get with the program.
