    I worked at Friendship Public Charter School full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    -provides great opportunities for professional development -usually great staff and leadership -multiple forms of recognition given to high-performing staff

    Cons

    -workload is really hard to manage at the elementary school level -can be a overly political work environment -not a lot of school culture support

    long hours, the quality of experience depends on the school you work at, very disorganized, stressful/ chaotic work environment
