    Pros

Great place to grow for new entry level people.

    Cons

New management has made my decision easy. Production Manager was a bad hire coupled with desperation = a bad got that's been ignored.

    Advice to Management

Purge new Production manager and cut losses. Company has taken steps backward.

    Pros

Everyday working to get the most of out of our products, values, employees, around the world. It is really a company of which I am proud working for and a company that cares for her employees.

Improve faster decision-making, increase 360• feedback (especially on this) and make both part of STIP.
