    Pros

    Cons

Ridiculously overmanaged. As far as department managers I am on my second in less than 4 years, not impressed with either one’s level of professionalism. In their defense I believe middle management gives them more than they can or should handle.

    Advice to Management

Stop spreading your department managers so thin.

Our team is wonderful - it's really my fantastic set of co-workers that make this place great.

    Cons

Sometimes I feel upper management is a little out of touch with our clients, but that you'll find in any business.

I have been working at Froedtert Health full-time

    Pros

    The pay is very reasonable

    Cons

There is no overtime allowed, there for if your in the middle of finishing up some things right when it's time to clock out, you might as well leave the work for you to finish the next day.

    Advice to Management

You pass up a lot of good, talented employees for that advancement opportunity in Leadership roles and you give it to someone who can barely communicate openly or even write a proper email. I see this a lot in a few companies, all because their Resume says "Lead" on it. Did you ever stop an think how that person succeeding In that role?
