    Pros

    Great Management, high standard, good for progress, perfect organizational culture and etc;

    Cons

    In Iran branch, GM changed for 3 time in a year and all the departments had not good feedback because of that.

    Great brands and talented people to work with

    Cons

    A lot of hierarchy inside the organisation, which could be inconvinient.
    Within the department, there are not several team building/formation/feedback meetings.

    You will realize what so called 'discrimination' is if you join this company

    Cons

    Discrimination, Unqualified French manager deployed to region, Unclear Evaluation HR, Extremely low feedback, French Superiority attitude, Teacher's pet raising environment, No respect to local people & culture and Long working hours.

    Advice to Management

    Any word for this company is useless.

    Bonne paie pour les stagiaires et possibilité d'avoir des dégustations gratuites de noveaux produits.

    Le site de production est est perdu au milieu dans une région très jolie mais inhabitée.

    Pros

    Ce que j’apprécie:
    - la culture d'entreprise
    - une belle performance à l'international
    - des perspectives d'évolution de la société passionnantes.
    - les plans de formation pour tous
    - une ambiance de travail agréable
    - le fait qu'on nous pousse à aller au delà de nos fonctions
    - tout ce qui a été fait lors du déménagement du siège

    Cons

    Il y a trop peu d'opportunités de changer de poste ou d'évoluer verticalement.
    La communication est trop cloisonnée.
    Il y a trop d'écarts de traitement entre les cadres et non cadre et en fonction des services (marketing et commercial privilégiés).
    Les augmentations de salaire sont quasi inexistante.
    On nous demande d'en faire toujours plus mais sans contre-partie suffisante.

    Advice to Management

    Il faudrait que la Direction se rende compte de la réalité de tous et pas uniquement des cadres du Marketing ou du commercial.
    Pourquoi faire des réorganisations constantes et ne pas laisser le temps aux équipes de faire leurs preuves avant de tout bouleverser?
