      Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Frontage Laboratories full-time for more than a year

      Pros

coworkers were nice and salary was appropriate.

      Cons

Management does not care about the safety of their employees. If a client wants a project complete, no matter how unrealistic or unsafe it is, the management will say yes then force the employees to follow through and get it done. If they voice their opinion on the unrealistic schedule or unsafe environment their job status is then threatened. Worst company I have ever worked for

      Advice to Management

Take the health and well being of your employee more seriously and maybe the turnover rate in the company wouldn't be so high. Stop putting them in harms way just so you can make more money. Put in the safe guards that are needed.

I worked at Frontage Laboratories full-time for more than a year

        Pros

Good learning place for new graduates. A lot of hard working people here. They prompt pretty fast. So if you can stay, you might be able to get promotion quickly.

        Cons

High work load and less pay. You will be asked to start working on projects with minimum training. Many times you will have over 3 projects at same time.

        Advice to Management

Need to invest on facilities and employees to keep businesses moving.

I worked at Frontage Laboratories full-time for less than a year

        Pros

The co-workers are very nice and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.

        Cons

The salary is not competitive considering the location. The management needs to start pay attention on employees' opinion. Workload distribution needs to be improved.

        Advice to Management

Take care of your employees, don't just hire, train and then force people to leave. Be generous and fair on people's bonus.

I have been working at Frontage Laboratories full-time for more than a year

        Pros

Job security. Unless you are not performing as expected. There has been no layoff so far

        Cons

Too much workload and too many tight deadline. Sometimes you can not breathe with the pressure. The company will not promote you no matter how well you perform in less than 4 or 5 years. So you have to be there long enough to get a promotion

        Advice to Management

Try to pay attention to the process efficiency and make life easier for employee. Consider the actual contribution from each employee, not just the time s/he is in the company
