    Recommends

    Pros

Great benifits, potential for advancement, good working relationship with Senior Management, autonomy to complete job functions with full support of supervisors when needed. Willingness of management to work with schedules.

    Cons

bank is now merged with Union Bank in FDIC assisted sale. Organization does not exist as an entity at this point.

    Advice to Management

I had full faith in the leadership at the bank, and really appreciated their willingness to listen to the employees and empower them to complete their jobs. Diversification should have been considered however.
