    Good leadership with strong open door policy in leadership and HR. Excellent benefits in health, 401k, and education benefits.

    Cons

    Currently financial struggles with lay offs, acquisition of partnerships, and cutbacks in earnings, i.e. commisions and bonuses.

    Managers are nice and very good to work with

    Rush Rush Rush. Also FTR is under pressure by wall street to reduce head count so layoffs may occur in 2017

    Pros

    Frontier does a great job at training you to talk on the phone to customers. You feel very prepared to do your job after training.

    Cons

    Because of my anxiety, it was difficult to talk on the phone at times. But the management was very understanding and worked with me.
