    Interns received valuable training in all aspects of sports TV production. The anchors are outstanding professionals and mentors.

    There is nothing negative about interning at Vantage SportsNet.

    Great company culture, potlucks aplenty, and great wages for the area. Potential for growth.

    Training does not fully prepare one for a majority of the calls that will be received.

    Advice to Management

    Refine the initial training to bit more dynamic in its approach.
