    Pros

Currently my position is Monday through Friday it is on a easy to access bus route nice building to work in. Good medical

    Cons

Hourly pay is barely over minimum wage wage commission plans keep changing no consistency difficult to understand and have been implemented with minimal notice

    Advice to Management

Most of immediate supervisors try. Higher management come up with a plan that makes sense for commission and have the data to support the pay structure pay for the quality of employees you want to have.

I worked at Frontier Communications full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

A paycheck is the ONLY PRO! Please take a moment to read the reviews about this company & And TAKE HEED. Not employee friendly, not customer focused. Very hostile work environment. Day to day you never know if you have a job or not. In total chaos. Managers blame you for customers problems.

    Cons

There are NO pro's...other than paycheck and half the time that is in correct. Total chaos . RUN RUN RUN RUN

    Advice to Management

Finish selling off the company. Ran by totally incompent executives, down to low level managers on the floor, you all don't care. Give it up already. Spending excessive $$ throwing $$ at problems that dont exist. But Ignores the real problems that do exist, techs not showing, employees not given the any way to help cust get issue resolved. Yet there services never work consistently. Same cust with problem 20 times will call in ,because it never gets fixed by techs in the field.

I have been working at Frontier Communications full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

None. It has steadily gone down since Frontier took over.

    Cons

Very poor management, has no idea what a communications company does. The software is 40 + years old and trying to continually patch it to make it up to date never works. It slows to a crawl everyday, or crashes. Unable to provide service to their customers or techs . They Rob their employees pay checks to fatten their bonuses. Constant forced overtime, No family/work balance that management hypes as a company value. Total refusal to give any real training to their employees, so orders have to redone several times.

    Advice to Management

Stop lying to your stock holders and your employees. Value your employees. Stop treating them like they are lucky to be employed, and you might find happier employees perform better.
