    Negative Outlook

I worked at Frontline Services part-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The experience you gain in the field in working with clients

    Cons

The poor and punitive attitude of management, a very poor CEO, very poor wages

    Advice to Management

They need to value the hard work staff does. When someone is complimented by a client or their family that worker never hears about it from staff. If you mess up in some way you will be called to the carpet for it. This place is too punitive on its employees and the work morale is so low. Management is not user friendly and informing on other employees is encouraged. I feel this place at this time is beyond repair, I suggest that the Cuyahoga County ADM Board pull their contracts from this place.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Frontline Services full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The clients are awesome, its a shame that the entire way the company is ran forces staff to quite and leave the clients short staffed and hurt by losing people they care for.

    Cons

The entire way the company is ran!!! I was FORCED to work 24 hour shifts regularly and sometimes even 30 hour shifts!!! I was a manager so I was salaried and working 60-70 hour weeks for a year making only $1076 per check every two weeks, which comes out to only about $8 a hour. No bonuses or incentives, Horrible insurance, everyone is grumpy and hard to get ahold of management. All everyone does on shift is complain about their job.

    Advice to Management

Give your employees a reason to want to work there, pay is too low, no incentives. The management/owners should come work more shifts in homes to allow managers time to go home, and not be forced to work 24 hour shifts!

    Pros

The clients. To help facilitate and give back to people with special needs is the best way to spend your day. To put a smile on one of their faces is priceless. To help them try new things and often times overcome their fears is also priceless. To see them become proud of themselves is an unforgettable experience.

    Cons

low pay, very poor selection of employees, no one likes criticism. You are unappreciated if you go above and beyond and often targeted due to other staff being in fear because you work harder than they do.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of a lot of your staff, find people who care and have a good work ethic despite the pay. You apply for a job with low pay you know what you're getting into there should be no excuse for why you do not work hard.
