    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Frost Bank full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Frost is an excellent bank that takes care of it's customers. There are some great people who work here. The on-site clinic is free.

    Cons

The pay is not the most competitive and the health insurance is expensive and doesn't cover much. I also had the worst manager I have EVER had working here. She did everything to push me out and make my life miserable. This despicable person forced the previous two people to resign with her antics, one was so bad that HR had to intervene. However, if it was not for her, I would not have found a way better job that pays so much more, that didn't have her.
