- Good pay (recently gave front-line workers a pay increase to match higher cost of living) - Friendly/fun coworkers that genuinely care about you - Decent incentives for loan applications and account openings - Bank holidays and vacation time that increases with your tenure

- Only 2 weeks of classroom training, after which you have to depend on the Frost intranet and your more tenured bankers (difficult on busier days) - Bad communication regarding certain workflows - Management is weirdly condescending when you make a mistake
