I have been working at Frost Bank full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great culture. Definitely will gain a "work family"

    Cons

Pay. (Slightly lower than competitors, however, they will justify this with a good retirement plan and vacation.)
Promotion. (There is some shady stuff, but I feel like you'll get that in most every company. I've seen people work their way up from the bottom. I've also seen people give 110% and receive no more than a "good job." This, I'm sure is everywhere, but it's a shame when you give the best and can't move further.)

I have been working at Frost Bank full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Really encourage you to do what's best for the customer. They invest in training classes for various topics that are helpful internally and externally. Several company/branch events.

    Cons

Vacation/ PTO determined by hire date, meaning you might go almost a whole year without any PTO. Very loose policy and procedure structure, leaves lots of room for error. Can be a slower pace environment.
